Lisa Payne (R) was watching television in her bedroom in September 2005, when she was fatally wounded by a stray bullet which entered the vinyl siding of her west Charlotte apartment.
Three men have been charged with murder in connection with her death.Police said there was an altercation in a nearby parking lot and that several shots were fired.
Terrell Irving (L), Eddrick Davis (R) and Derrick Watson (Below L) have been charged with Payne's murder.
They are being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail.More:
