Investigators in Pineville say K-Mart's security alerted police about 38-year-old Alex Byrd. Once officers arrived Friday, they caught him in the act using a hand-held video camera. Police say they have video of their own, showing Byrd following women with the camera aimed underneath their skirts. They believe Byrd has done the same thing at other stores in the area.Alex Byrd was arrested twice in 2004 on charges of secret peeping, solicitation for crime against nature & worthless checks.
