A graduation party turned ugly late Wednesday night when more than 400 people showed up at the V.F.W. on The Plaza. Two shots were fired after the massive crowd got out of control. At least 40 police units were called out to control the crowds late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.
The amount of people in the V.F.W. building was more than allowed by the fire code for the building's size. Firefighters showed up around midnight to start clearing people out and then things got out of control. The shots were fired in the parking lot, but no one was hit. Police arrested one man. It took officers about an hour to control the crowd. Source: WBTV
