A Charlotte, NC woman is facing charges for allegedly committing sex crimes against an 8 year old boy in Lincoln County, NC.Penelope Ann Barnette, 39, (Left) has been charged with 7 counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Investigators said the alleged incidents happened over the weekend. Barnette was an acquaintance of the boy's family. Barnette is being held in the Lincoln County jail on a $50,000 bond.
