Two men and a woman are in custody at the Mecklenburg County Jail in connection with a violent home invasion and rape that happened June 26 on Cityview Drive.
Police charged Dontavius Berry (Barry), 25, (Left) Gregory Bost, 24, (Right) and Renni Grandison, 22, (Lower Right) with:- First degree burglary
- Armed robbery
- First degree sex offense
- First degree kidnapping
- Assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill/inflicting serious injury.
Berry and Bost are believed to be the ones who forced their way into the home, assaulted two men and sexually assaulted two women, police said. The victims were also made to withdraw cash from an ATM machine.More to come...
