On Saturday night, CMPD officers were called out to the South 21 restaurant on East Independence for a commercial burglar alarm.Police say they caught Terry Adonis Baldwin inside and arrested him for breaking and entering. Officials say Baldwin got into the building by breaking one of the large plate glass windows, and then cut the phone lines to try and disable the alarm system.
