The Bank of America branch on Weddington Road near the town of Matthews, NC was the second Charlotte bank robbed Wednesday and the third attempt.
One man is already in custody for attempting to rob a Bank of America on South Boulevard, Jerome Gill, 44, was arrested after he went across the street and robbed the Wachovia branch.
