Two men were arrested following a shooting early Monday morning at a west Charlotte, NC gas station. Officers arrested the suspect, 23-year-old Walter Young, (Left) at the scene. He faces charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
A second man, 23-year-old Rodney Dickson, has also been arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Police say a suspect attempted to rob someone pumping gas at a Shell station on Glenwood Drive. After being sprayed with gasoline, the suspect fired shots, hitting the victim in the arm.
