A robbery suspect led Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police on a high-speed chase through South Charlotte tonight. At one point the suspect was driving over 100 miles per hour the wrong way down the I-485 loop before turning around in the median. The car was described as a blue-green Ford. The driver was described as a black man wearing a red shirt and red bandana on his head. The car was registered to a Pineville apartment-address.
