Police say someone shot and killed Omar Garmenia Flores, 29, during a robbery attempt in north Charlotte. Officers were called to the Woodview Apartments on Hilo Drive near North Graham Street around 10:30 p.m. Monday night.Police are looking for two black men, between ages 18 and 22.
