Jose Manuel Cabrera, 21, was arrested this morning in Charlotte, NC. Authorities say Cabrera is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang. Local, state and federal agents worked together to arrest Jose Manuel Cabrera. There are a number of warrants out for him in Virginia.
