FBI agents captured a dangerous Virginia fugitive who was hiding here in Charlotte, NC. Delmah Raphael Poindexter, 38, was arrested on Pineleaf Drive in north Charlotte.Poindexter is wanted in Virginia on numerous charges, including: kidnapping, attempted rape, forcible sodomy and firearms violations. He was one of the top ten most wanted in Chesterfield County, VA. They considered him armed and dangerous.
