One east Charlotte neighborhood residents are concerned after a shooting that happened in broad daylight this afternoon. The shooting happened on Brookchase Lane in the Windsor Park area of Charlotte.Witnesses said the shooting victim got out of the passenger side of a green-colored mini van in front of a home. Then, they said the victim was shot in the back. The witnesses told police they think the victim was shot by the driver of the green mini van.
Two uniformed Marines were in the neighborhood at the time of the shooting and heard the victim's call for help.
