UPDATE: Police have arrested 18 year old Marquie De Carlos Walker (R) in the murder of David Pate. He was caught in Tallahassee, Florida and is awaiting extradition back to NC.
12/13/06: Police are trying to determine who shot a man and left him to die inside a hotel room in Stallings, NC. Police officers found David Pate (Left) of Indian Trail inside a room at the Intown Suites on East Independence Boulevard last night.Police say Pate died from a single gunshot wound to the chest but they have not released any other information about the shooting.
