On Saturday night, police were called to a Duke Power facility on Toddville Rd. Employees called police after they saw a man on a forklift attempting to steal copper wiring.Russell Jermaine Harris, 23, was caught by police and charged with Felony Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering. He was released on Sunday after posting a $7,500 bond.
