The Fallen Officer Memorial located at the Sharon Memorial Park & Cemetery is a beautiful site honoring the brave officers who have died in the line of duty in Charlotte.
Last week, photojournalist Jonathan Jones visited the Memorial and photographed an employee replacing flags and the flag pole at the Memorial. A small bouquet of sunflowers were left at the police memorial with a card that read:
