On Wednesday morning, the Family Dollar Store located on Freedom Drive was robbed at gunpoint by a black male. (Shown R)Police say the suspect entered the store, approached the cash register and demanded money from a clerk at gunpoint. He was last seen on foot heading toward Camp Greene St.
Anyone with information as to his identity is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600. Callers remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 reward if their information leads to his arrest.
