On Thursday morning, CMPD Officers responded the Knights Inn Motel, located at 7901 Nations Ford Road, in reference to a deceased male discovered in a room by the housekeeping staff.Homicide Detectives responded and named the murder victim as 64-year old Bennie Ray Vanstory.
Today, Homicide detectives charged 40-year old Michael Jon Beyer (R) with murder. Police did not give any additional information on the case.
