On Thursday evening, CMPD Officers responded to the Heather Ridge Apartments on Meadow Vista Road and discovered 30-year old Kellie S. Owens deceased inside her apartment.Police say Owen's 2-year old daughter was in the apartment at the time of the murder but she was not harmed.
