On Monday night, CMPD officers responded to 5616 Farm Pond Lane in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located 31-year old Julio Antonio Paniagua suffering from several gunshot wounds. Paniagua was transported to CMC, where he died of his injuries.
