Meet 19-year old Hakeem Cherry. Cherry is one of Charlotte's notorious repeat offenders who has yet to serve any time for his crimes- including a robbery in 2006.CMPD Officers have arrested Hakeem Cherry 38 times in the past three years and he has yet to spend a day in jail. He has two convictions and he received probation for both charges- including a DUI!
