In early February, CMPD asked for the public's assistance in locating Timothy Antoine Mackey and added him to the VCAT Most Wanted list. On Friday, Timothy 'Puff' Mackey was captured!
According to police, Mackey is responsible for a shooting that occurred on Oak Arbor Lane on January 19, 2008. He is charged with two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Intending to Kill- Inflicting Serious Injury, First Degree Kidnapping and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
Mackey is currently in the Mecklenburg County Jail under a $385,000 bond.
