Yesterday, University Division Officers responded to 8546 University City Blvd (Brownlee’s Jewelers) on what was originally reported as a Robbery.As the officers began to investigate the crime, they were able to determine that an employee was involved and the crime was actually an embezzlement that resulted in the loss of numerous items of jewelry.
