On May 11, 2009, Demario Rollins, 18, entered the Old Navy store located at 9000 JM Keynes Dr., and violently attacked a 46-year old female employee. According to police, Rollins punched her in the face causing serious facial injuries. He also robbed the business of merchandise.The case was presented to the District Attorneys office and warrants were signed on Demario Rollins on June 11, 2009, charging him with Common Law Robbery and Assault Inflicting Serious Injury in reference to the robbery.
This is Rollins 6th arrest in Mecklenburg County-- since he turned 16.
