Additional suspect description is below: Suspect #1: Brown skin black male, 21 or 22 yoa, 5'10", 140-150lbs, long dreads, goatee, gold teeth on top, black t-shirt. Suspect #2: Dark skin black male, 19 or 20 yoa, low hair cut, 5'7" or 5'8", 140lbs, light colored t-shirt. Suspect #3: Light skin black female, 19 or 20 yoa, 5'6" or 5'7", 120 lbs, light brown hair back into a ponytail. Suspect #4: Dark skin black female, 19 or 20 yoa, slim build.
Homicide Detectives are actively investigating this case.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Homicide Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation at 4704 Twisted Oaks Road, Apt. 103, in the Hickory Grove Division. The victim has been identified; his name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Shortly before 9:30 p.m., on July 30, 2009, Hickory Grove Division officers responded to a 911 call in reference to one person shot. When officers arrived on scene, they located the victim inside the apartment suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Carolinas Medical Center by Medic, where he was pronounced deceased. There were two other victims inside the apartment at the time of the shooting; one was hit on top of the head and the other was not harmed.
Based on statements gathered during the preliminary investigation, detectives believe that two black male and two black female suspects forced their way into the apartment and subsequently shot the victim. At this early stage in the investigation, the manner in which the suspects fled the complex is unknown.
Detectives with the Homicide Unit, ADW Unit and Robbery Unit are conducting a canvass of the apartment complex. Crime Scene Search is on scene as well, photographing the scene and collecting physical evidence.
