Police Seeking Circle K Robber

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Robbery Unit is attempting to locate the man pictured in the shown photos.

On October 23, 2009, the suspect entered the Circle K at 1809 East Arbors Dr. The suspect started a conversation with the clerk and was talking about being overseas. He then pulled out a knife and demanded money. The suspect got the money from the clerk and left the scene in a silver Ford Taurus.

The suspect was described as a W/M, early 20’s, 5-10, 185 lbs., dark mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt and pants with a black knit hat, black gloves and black boots. Earlier the same night, a suspect with a similar description was in the same general area loitering for money.

Anyone with information regarding this suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call the lead robbery Detective R. Andringa at 704-336-7743.
