Shortly after 3 pm, a bank robbery occurred at the Wachovia bank located at 5641 Hovis Road. Witness say the suspect is a black man, in his late 20's, about 6'2", and about 180 pounds.Witnesses also said he used a white Honda Accord as a getaway vehicle, which police later discovered had been stolen earlier in the day.
