2 Murder Suspects Apprehended

Two murder suspects are in custody today after Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested Jordan Poe, 20, and Mark Grant, 19, are suspects in the killing of Christopher Cordero last month. He was shot on the 5600 block of Wilora Lake Road and was discovered by police on June 11. Authorities have yet to release a motive for the killing.

According to police, Poe turned him self in but Grant was on the run. Police found him during a search Tuesday after he was accidentally run over by an ATV driven by a police officer. Grant was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with minor injuries before being taken into custody.
