Victim in Hospital After Shooting at Charlotte Burger King.

According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, shots were fired at the Burger King located at the intersection of Brookshire Boulevard and North Hoskins Road shortly after 11:00 Saturday night.

CMPD blocked off a section of the Burger King's parking lot while they investigated the crime scene. Reports confirm a bullet hole on the outside of the restaurant.

The victim of that shooting was taken to a local hospital and underwent surgery. The victim's identity and condition are not known at this time.
