A Wachovia branch on North Cannon Boulevard in Kannapolis was robbed around 4:45 pm on Monday. The FBI and Kannapolis Police have released several photos that might help identify the suspects.
Authorities say three Black or Asian women robbed the bank along with two Black men. One of the men, who assisted in the robbery, had a gun and fired five shots inside the bank, police said. No one was hurt during the robbery.
Police said the suspects fled the scene in a 2004 silver 4-door Mitsubishi Lancer with a cardboard license plate. Please look at these pictures and see if you recognize any of the suspects.
