Help support Ross Minor and his mother Grace. Come out to Ballantyne Village July 21 and 22 to support the Ross Minor Medical Fund.
7/21/06- (Friday) 6-10: live music and a silent auction will begin that will continue through Saturday afternoon and evening.
7/22/06- (Saturday) 1-5 pm: Bring the kids out to enjoy a Moon-bounce, Hannibal the Magician, signings by Panther and Bobcat players, more live music--the list goes on and on.
7-10 pm: Enjoy some great dining and a live band. Restaurants Ballantyne Village: (Table, Villa Antonio and Village Bistro) will be donating 10% of all proceeds raised over the weekend.

On a positive note, News 6 is reporting that 8-year-old Ross Minor, who was shot by his father, Mark Minor, earlier this month was released from the hospital on Tuesday. On a sad note, Ross has sustained injuries that blinded him.
Ross Minor and his brother Ryan Minor, 10, were shot by their father earlier this month. Mark Minor, 44, the boy's father, shot his children while they were in their bed sleeping, deputies said. Mark Minor then shot himself and died at the scene, deputies said.Both boys were rushed to Carolinas Medical Center with life threatening injuries. Ryan Minor died at the hospital June 15. Grace Minor, the boys' mother, found her husband holding a gun, and her two boys in bed, critically wounded.
