Fraud investigators are hoping you can identify a woman who they claim went on a shopping spree using stolen Visa gift cards.CMPD released very clear surveillance pictures of the suspect on Friday. They were taken inside a business at Carolina Pavilion in south Charlotte last week. They said she walked away with a substantial amount of merchandise.
