DOB: 9/4/1983
- Violation of Restraining Order (2 Counts)
- Misdemeanor Breaking and Entering (2 Counts)
- Communicating Threats
Suspect broke into the victim’s home violating a valid domestic violence protective order and threatened her.





Luis Alberto Molina Lara
DOB: 1/24/1982
- Kidnapping
- Malicious Maiming
- Assault w/a deadly weapon- serious injury
Suspect kidnapped victim and poured boiling water causing melting away of part of her body parts with the intention to disfigure her.





Aldo Antonio Aragon
(a.k.a. Antonio Aragon, Miguel Ramirez Hernandez)
DOB: 12/17/1979

- Violation of Restraining Order (4 Counts)
- Indecent Liberties with a Child
- 2nd Degree Rape

Suspect raped victim by force against her will. He also took indecent liberties with a child under the age of sixteen. Suspect repeatedly violated a valid domestic violence protective order.

Kenneth Dewayne Jefferies
DOB: 4/27/1966
- Felony Breaking & Entering
- Assault on Female
Suspect broke into the victim’s home with the intent to commit a felony and once inside he assaulted her by grabbing her throat.






Margaret Carol Smith
a.k.a. Angela Carol Brooks
DOB: 1/12/1973
- Assault: Inflicting Serious Injury
Suspect pushed and kicked victim causing a broken hip.
