Carolina Panthers Guard Found Guilty

On Tuesday, Carolina Panthers' guard Jeremy Bridges was found guilty of misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun.

Bridges was arrested on July 26th after a dancer accused him of pointing a gun at her in the parking lot of a strip club. The incident occurred just one day prior to the start of training camp.

Bridges was sentenced to a 60-day suspended sentence and one year of unsupervised probation. In addition, Bridges was ordered to pay $500 fine and complete 60 hours of community service. The Panthers suspended Bridges for the first two regular season games.
