Investigators with the Charlotte FBI Safe Streets Task Force arrested a suspect for the robbery of the State Employees Credit Union at 4720 Airport Center Parkway on April 1, 2008.Agents took Demetrius Starks into custody yesterday afternoon, August 14, 2008, at his Charlotte residence. A teller was shot during the bank robbery.
