The Charlotte FBI Safe Streets Task Forces needs help finding a man dressed up in a wig, suit and tie who forced customers to the ground during a bank robbery on Monday at the RBC Centura, located at 14925 John J Delaney Drive.Investigators say the robber approached the counter, pointed a gun at the tellers and demanded they fill up two black bags he threw at them. While the tellers were putting the money in the bags, he ordered two customers to get on the ground. No one was hurt.
Bank tellers describe him as a light skinned black man about 130 pounds, 5’9” and about 26 years old. He had on a gray wig, fake beard, moustache and eyebrows. The robber was also dressed in a suit and tie. Investigators say he’s the same man who has hit more than half a dozen banks in the Charlotte area since 2004.
