On October 29th at approximately 5:35 pm, Mint Hill Police were dispatched to 5715 Wilgrove-Mint Hill Rd (Hickory Grove Baptist Church Ballpark) in reference to a suspicious vehicle.Officers made contact with a black female, Kimberly Lynn Hendricks, who was in the company of a juvenile. After interviewing both Ms. Hendricks and the victim, Ms. Hendricks was charged with two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor.
Ms. Hendricks was employed by Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools at Crestdale Middle School. The victim of this incident was NOT a student at Crestdale Middle School. Ms. Hendricks was a custodian/guardian of the victim, but not a blood relative. Ms. Hendricks did not meet the victim while working in the school system.
