Man Arrested for Flashing Children on Norris Ave

On July 18th, police arrested 50-year old Miguel Rosillo and charged him with three counts of indecent exposure. Police say Rosillo flashed his private parts to a group of children who were selling lemonade at a stand on Norris Avenue. 

A few days before his arrest, Rosillo visited the children's lemonade stand at least three times, showing them his private parts.  He was reported to police by the children's Mother, who urged the children to record the suspect's license plate number, which they did.
