Man Arrested for Flashing Children on Norris Ave

On July 18th, police arrested 50-year old Miguel Rosillo and charged him with three counts of indecent exposure. Police say Rosillo flashed his private parts to a group of children who were selling lemonade at a stand on Norris Avenue

A few days before his arrest, Rosillo visited the children's lemonade stand at least three times, showing them his private parts.  He was reported to police by the children's Mother, who urged the children to record the suspect's license plate number, which they did.

Miguel Rosillo payed his $2,100 secured bond and was back on the streets the following day.  If you have any information that could help police, please call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.

16 Strippers Charged with Indecent Exposure

The Mecklenburg County ABC Law Enforcement Division and the Pineville Police Department completed a six month undercover compliance investigation at eight adult entertainment (strip) clubs in Mecklenburg County. All eight clubs hold permits to sell alcohol in Mecklenburg County.
As a result of this investigation, officers issued sixteen arrest warrants for woman working at these locations for removing their bottoms during private and public dances. Most of the clubs involved are operated by M.A.L. Entertainment, a company owned by Charlotte businessman David "Slim" Baucom. Police say the strippers removed all of their clothes during table dances on the main floor and in semi-private areas, which are roped off for customers who pay extra for special dances.

As of June 17th, sixteen arrest warrants for Indecent Exposure have been served on the following women. The names in bold are wanted individuals.

Mountainbrook Community Indecent Exposure Arrest

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Youth and Family Services Detectives have arrested Raul Gabriel on felony indecent exposure charges.
On Wednesday, October 14, 2009, between 2:30 and 2:45 p.m. there were two reported incidents involving a similar suspect and suspect vehicle in the Mountainbrook Community off of Sharon View Road.

In both incidents, high school aged girls reported that a man pulled up to them in a white minivan and asked a question. While the girls answered the question, the suspect exposed himself to them. The victims were able to walk away without further contact with the suspect.

Warrants were obtained on Mr. Gabriel and he was arrested October 27, 2009 at Police Headquarters without incident.
