Youth Crime Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have arrested Lodonna Parlier after an investigation revealed the suspect had abused her infant daughter on several occasions.On February 2, 2012, at approximately 2:40 a.m. Providence Division Officers were dispatched to Carolina Medical Center Main to investigate alleged abuse and charges were filed after a joint investigation with the Department of Social Services.
Ladonna Parlier was taken into custody and charged with five counts of child abuse and five counts of child neglect. The child remains in CMC Main and is listed in stable condition. The assistance from CMC staff was critical in this investigation.
