Juharold Vann is wanted by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) on outstanding warrants for armed robbery, felony conspiracy, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.

On June 12, 2012 Vann cut off his electronic monitoring device at his residence near West Boulevard. Vann had been on CMPD Electronic Monitoring since he posted a $35,000 bond on June 20, 2011.
