The suspect shot and killed the victim on 08/24/2004 at the Teal Point Apartments. Warrants were issued on the suspect on 11/29/2004. He is aware that he is wanted. Curtis Terrell Miller - Black/Male, DOB 04/17/1984. He is approximately 5'9" and 175 pounds. His last known address is 3447 Sharon Amity Road, Apt. F3, Charlotte.

The suspect approached the victim as he was sitting in his vehicle. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim's face and forced him out of the vehicle. The suspect then drove away in the victim's vehicle. The vehicle has since been recovered. Derrick Walker, Black/Male, DOB 02/09/1981. He is approximately 5'9" and 165 pounds. His last known address is 3136 Hidden Forest Drive. Armed Robbery Warrants were issued on the suspect on 10/21/2004.

On 10/28/2005, Police responded to 10829 Coble Road in reference to checking on the welfare of the victim. The victim was located deceased inside of her residence. Murder Warrants were signed on Scottland Kevin Belk and Rhonda Simpson Belk on 11/03/2005. Scottland is the victim's son and Rhonda is the victim's daughter-in-law. On 10/22/2005, Detectives believe that Scottland and Rhonda Belk stole a Freightliner tractor trailer truck. This truck was later recovered in Gainesville, Texas on 11/15/2005. Scottland Kevin Belk is a White/Male, DOB 09/16/1967. He is approximately 5'10" and 200 pounds. He has brown hair (partially bald) and blue eyes. He also has tattoos on his right and left arms and a large tattoo on his back.
Scottland and Rhonda Belk have ties to several White Supremacist Groups. They may be in the Seattle Washington or Northern Idaho areas.

He is approximately 6'0" and 160 pounds. He has the nickname of "Mean Eye". He has a dark complexion and has a tattoo of two circles with a design in between them located on his right shoulder.
