Alfred Ketleson (R), 33, was charged this morning with third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. According to authorities, an employee at the main library in uptown Charlotte, NC noticed Alfred Ketleson looking at inappropriate pictures on the library computer and called an off-duty police officer to assist. Ketleson was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. In addition, anyone in a Mecklenburg County public library who are caught looking at pornography are banned from all libraries in Mecklenburg County for life. Measures have also been taken to prevent children from seeing inappropriate material at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. - WSOC
