Tristan Kiel Russell, 29, has plead guilty to three sex assault charges on a minor and was sentenced to more than 13 years in prison after he admitted to sexually assaulting a 13-year old boy between 2009-2010.Prior to his arrest, Russell was an instructor at Providence Day School's after school and summer programs for two years, however, the incidents with the boy did not occur on campus. After Tristan Russell is released from prison, he will be required to be electronically monitored for the rest of his life.
